1st of all i love your question. You have to be open minded to hear what i am sayin to you,i have studied the bible in every religion and only 1 made sense with what the bible says, hell is not real, hell came from the word hades, that means death, the lake of fire is only a place where back in moses times they used to creamate the bodies of theives.i dont know what religion you are in but you are obviously smart.those preachers made up a lot of lies for their religions, really.look stuff up on your own, they dont really tell the truth.i have lots of scriptures strait from the bible to back up anything i say to,i dont base what i believe by what i am told,i did it myself.if you ever want to know more im me.

Satan is not in hell. Not now. Satan is on earth and also in heaven. Look at Job - which is the earliest example of where Satan is. Paul talks about Satan as being the Prince of air - the ruler of this world. Satan is never mentioned as being in hell.
There is a big misconception about Satan being in hell and torturing all those who don't believe. In reality, nothing in the bible actually supports this. Satan is supposed to suffer in hell when he finally gets there - not rule over it or inflict pain. Nor are any of his minion angels ruling or inflicting pain on others in hell. They will be doing the same thing as Satan - suffering.
So the question should be: Who's in charge of hell now?
Answer: God.
Kind of scary really.

Satan isn't in hell right now. He is going around the whole world telling them lies and making them get far away from God along with his other evil things. When Jesus comes back then He will be sent into the lake of fire by God. I don't know who will be in charge of hell.

Satan is wandering the earth. Hell included. Hell is in the heart of the earth. The Lake of Fire is a completely different place than hell, although they both are hot and have fire. It's in Revelations. Satan has the keys to hell. The Lake of fire is eternal.

Satan is not in Hell now. He has been cast to the earth. He is the Prince of this world. The Lake of Fire is reserved for Satan.

Sorry but this is a popular misconception. Satan aint already in hell. he is, as the bible says, the prince of the world, not meaning the earth, but the worldly spiritual existence. We war against spirits and principalities and powers not against flesh and blood.
It is only at the return of Christ that he will be thrown into the lake of fire, which is sometimes refered to as hell. No one is in charge of hell except God. Satan, scripture tells us will be bound with chains that cannot be broken. Doesn't sound much like he is in charge of anything to me.

No, Satan is not in Hell (at this time); however, perusing the Holy Bible around Revelation chapter 13 would be a great start to the answer of your question.

Satan is not already in Hell. He is presently in what we know of as the second heaven. He is now in charge of all of his demonic spirits, which he is sending throughout the earth, to deceive every person that they possibly can; and bring destruction to every person who will allow them to do so. This is where all the evil originates, which we are witnessing upon this earth today. Satan will be cast into the lake of fire; along with every one of his demon spirits; as well as with every one who refuses to allow Jesus Christ to be the Savior and the Lord of their life; after the one-thousand year reign of Jesus Christ upon this earth; which will take place after the seven-year tribulation period. The final event before Satan and his evil spirits are cast into the lake of fire, will be the great white throne judgment. And then they will be there eternally; along with every person who refuses to accept Jesus as their Savior.

Who said Satan is in Hell?
He was present to tempt Jesus.
He is around to tempt you now.
1 Peter 5:8
Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
