Actually, LOW, I AM blind in my left eye, 20/100 in the right. Can't be corrected.

Are you blind in either of your eyes?
Do you have a 10 pound tumor growing on your body?
Do you suffer from the aging disease that causes you to have an 80 year old body by the time you are 13? Do you have both of your legs and they both function?

There are millions of really nasty things that nature could have done with you and your body!

You have more than enough reasons to be cheerful, happy, thankful about!

that's been spring here besides; crisp, sunny and chilly. this nighttime the clocks bypass returned an hour meaning we lose the darkish wintry nights and might choose for a stroll after dinner. The down-facet of it truly is that quickly morning sunshine will flood the east-dealing with mattress room and wake us up previously and previously as spring is going into summer season. Seeing as we are the two owls, 5 a.m. wakening isn't for us! So, i've got long gone into city as we talk to reserve new curtains with black-out linings, and that i bypass to get an comparable bedspread and cushions made besides, so the mattress room would be converted, and we are able to stay snuggled in mattress till a accepted rate 7 a.m. Thank the Lord for spring and summer season!

Being able to breathe out of both nostrils.

Days that are longer than nights.

Spring jacket weather.

A fast Internet connection and a virus-free PC.

Pad Thai fixins in the kitchen.

Life is pretty good.

Sorry I had not come across reasons 1 & 2, was too busy typing info. to find open questions on meditation, Buddhism, or questions to help people who suffer from anxiety and depression, etc.

Am cheerful and thankful for the fact that I have such wonderful people as yourself, and some others in Yahoo-Land to communicate with - answer questions, share information, ask questions, etc.

*Am also very Thankful for the Dhammapada, for my Lama teacher, especially for the wonderful wife, and two wonderful children in my life."

Am thankful for Insight meditation, which gives me the ability to let go of all false attachments, and transform my mind, thus my life.

Am cheerful/thankful for my family in Ariz. and all in-laws.

This could go on forever, for I am a very Thankful/cheerful person.

**Am very Cheerful/Thankful for this question which YOU have asked, and for giving me the opportunity to provide you with an answer to your question.**
One of your many talents, and gifts are encouraging others, and yes, excellent communication skills with others, and also, we can not forget, your wonderful sense of Humor !

Have e Great week, and coming weekend.
