Just a question, but I bought a computer that was made to be vista capable, and I upgraded to home premium. And I noticed programs mess up and quit all the time. like windows media player stops all the time even when i'm not running it. it's weird. but that's not my question. Has anybody had an error and actually gotten a solution from windows? cause i've had at least 10 unique different errors. but windows can never find a solution. It's stupid what's the point of having this program if they don't have any details on it. Just wondering how common it is that they actually have a solution. Thanx

There doing some quite new to us this time around which is just plain unfair. You can't even get a computer anymore that doesn't have Vista. These goes against all common sense with windows new operation systems... they need to be user tested in the real world for atleast a year before you should even consider going form your old operation system to the new operation system. Since they what to make us believe that vista's been so greatly tested that there accully forcing it down are throughts. Which forces us IT and technical support people to rush around trying to figure out how to get the darn thing to work right... Since most new users and even old user weren't around when we went form windows 3.1 to windows 95 from 95 to windows 98 on to mellinuma (2000/NT Service Pack 4) then to XP Service Pack 2 people don't realize how little Microsoft knows about what it is there doing... you can get most of the fixes just don't look to microsoft go to the site of the hardware/software your dealing with and they've done most of the work for them...
