You don't know. I guess you could kind of tell between the people who just want to chat, and the people who are sooo interested in meeting you the day after you begin talking to them. I've witnessed both. However, someone I talked to turned out to be some completely different girl after six years.
Don't give out personal information (addresses and phone numbers) to people you don't know in real life. That's the best you can do online when you're talking to people you don't know.

You dont know, you just dont give out personal information no matter what. Never trust ppl on the internet you never know if they are who they claim could be a 55 yr old man posing as a 15 yr old boy catch my drift. If your young enough to be asking this question then maybe you shouldnt be chatting online

You generally don't. Most of the time you just have to watch for signs and trust your instincts. Most peoples instincts won't steer them wrong. If your one of the type of people that have a hard time trusting your instincts and like talking to someone then invite someone that you do trust and sometimes that will help insure your safety. A lot of people who are trying to hurt someone else will not like someone else joining a conversation and will get real evasive on direct questions.

i imagine it may nicely be seen dishonest, in spite of if there is not any communicate of sex. It truly relies upon on the way you experience about the female. in case you consider her a buddy no biggie. yet when your emotionally in contact including her then i'd say sure its dishonest. Are you asking because your spouse says that's dishonest or are you asking because you experience its dishonest? in case your spouse has a difficulty with it then why reason the priority. once you have not got any emotional attachment to this individual basically quit talking to her.Your marriage should be more beneficial major than your buddy. yet when you're asking because you imagine its dishonest then you definately likely are.

Just don't give them any of your information. Give them a fake name, fake country, etc.
