Now there's an oxymoron: UN Military that "works".

Having said that, however, the UN gets military forces from it's member nations. The term you're most used to hearing is "Multinational Peacekeeping Force".

Well truthfully it doesn't...they are a "peace keeping force" and seldom can complete that mission. The UN tries to tiptoe around the problem without facing it
