Nightmares occur in Stage 4, or Delta wave sleep, so they tend to occur earlier in your sleep cycle (the longer you sleep for, the more time you spend in REM).

Like dreams, no one knows what triggers nightmares, though nightmares often are of things we fear and may occur more often if something is stressing you out.

You may try resolving your fear or otherwise relaxing before sleep.

If they are all the same nightmare or something like that then God or some spirit may be warning you about something.

Could you tell us what happens in these dreams? For example, if your nightmares are of drowning, it indicates a feeling of helplessness, or being trapped.

You should be more specific.
Are there any problems that your having right now?
Have you been watching horror movies?
Have you seen something drastic?
