Which is better for weight loss? I plan on making smoothies for breakfast (because they are filling and yummy and healthy) and I want to know which is better for my needs: Soy protein or Whey protein? I've heard whey helps bulk athletes up and stuff, I just want to loose some fat crap and maybe gain more muscle mass. I'm female if that matters... any idea?

I suggest all natural Energizing Soy Protein. It's a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids present in the right proportion and is easily absorbed. It's a vegetble protein with no cholesterol, saturated fats, or artificial flavors or preservatives. It is needed to make and repair all tissue cells. It is necessary for building enzymes, antibodies, hormones, hair, skin, nails, IT CURBS THE APPETITE, and is a real "energy" booster and maintains your blood sugar level.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Whey protein usually has about 30g of protein and it is used to bulk you up when you are doing weght lifting. I think you should go with soy protein because you want to loose weight, whey protein will help you gain weight and if you do anything incorrectly (body building) you could end up with more fat than muscle.

Save your money. You don't need protein supplements for weight loss. Truth is, you don't need them for weightlifting either. Assuming you live in America, you almost certainly get more than enough protein in your normal diet.
