don't tell him. You can ask him out. But its stupid to tell someone you like them and not ask them out. It makes you seem like an idiot

Well here is what you do you dress to kill in other words dress your best and look at him if he looks at you even for a sec there are big odds he like what he saw after that step if he looked at you i say give him a note or text msg or somthing and go for it

don't TELL him. don't have one of your friends tell him. Just DON'T do it. Show interest in the things he does. Ask him questions about himself, about his hobbies, etc. Show interest in him, and if he likes you, he'll show interest back.
But, if you TELL him and he doesn't feel the same way YIKES... that is an awful feeling.
