my daughter has a lot of weight problems (she is three years old and weighs 23lbs) Her doctor told us to give her pediasure three times a day and it has been working great. For adults they make ensure shakes and now they have breakfast bars and snacks. you can get them at the grocery store

Increase your caloric intake through fruits, vegetables, and low-fat proteins. Most people don't want to gain weight though. The other way to gain weight is to gain muscle through lifting weights and running endurance rather than speed.

Take up weight lifting and eat protein - muscle weighs more than fat after all. Which will look better - gaining weight by fat or gaining weight by muscle?
