The term "firstborn" doesn't have to do with physical birth. It is a title of rank. Jesus as God's Son is the heir of all Creation. He existed before creation with God and is God the Son.
Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn (prōtótokos) of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
The word prōtótokos is also used in relation to God's creation referring to Christ's supremacy over it. Jesus Christ cannot be both creator and creature. In Col_1:15 He is placed above His creation when He is called prōtótokos pásēs ktíseōs.

Jesus is both God and man, this is clear from the Scripture you have partially quoted here. He is the image of the living God, and in such He had no being and no ending! He was, and had to be, before all of creation that He created!
Was Jesus' little baby body created in the womb of Mary? OK, now you can see how Jesus had both a creation in the womb of a woman, and yet at the same time, as God He had no beginning and no ending! It is this body that was fashioned in the womb of Mary, that Jesus inhabited inside while walking on earth, that was the firstborn of all creation, for it was conceived first in the mind of God, long before the rest of creation, which He created!!! Also, is it not mentioned that Jesus walked and appeared among men, like Adam, Abraham and Jacob, in a human body several times in the book of Genesis?
He is also the firstborn from the dead. Although several men have been resurrected from the dead before Christ, like Lazarus and Jonah, they are dead yet still, while the living resurrected Jesus Christ lives!!!PTL

What a wonderful misquotation of scripture! Colossians 1:15 reads, "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn OVER all creation. 16 For BY Him all things were created..."
He took part in the creation, is OVER it not of it. This is an excellent example of how non-believers twist scripture and quote it out of context to suit their desire to attack the infallible Word of God.

This expresses Christ diety and sovereignty in relation to creation. Christ was the first born, not the first created. First born signifies priority in time. This speaks of His preexistance, that He came from eternity. He was before all creation, but apart from creation. He is not a creature but the Creator.

The next verses say exactly the opposite of what you are saying.
For by him all thing were created...-Colossians 1:16.
Christ is the creator, it says the same thing in Hebrews1:2.

John 1
John 1
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2The same was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Jesus is God in the flesh. before Jesus became flesh He was with the spirit of God. Jesus was not created, He was born , just like we are

Maybe the same creature that created God also created Jesus from the same material.
God is complex, he couldn´t have just...always been there...something must have created him
