I recieved an email from a cancer website, and it said that if you freeze a water bottle it's bad, like the pieces of plastic or something? Thank you.

Cancer is caused by stressors--bad things that get into our body and cause cell mutation that isn't caught by our immune systems.
If someone cared enough to publish research findings saying that a stressor was created and propagated into our water supply by freezing and expanding plastic, I'd tend to believe that person, and take his message to heart.
I've been researching alternative medicine and the boneheaded things big business does just to make a buck, and I think it is entirely possible that such a thing is true.
Best of luck.

Yes. Freezing and heating, like the microwave, causes certain chemicals to leech into your food products. These chemicals are known carcinogens.
