I've heard A LOT of guys say they think red is sexy...why red?

there was a study conducted a while back on the affects of colors on people. RED was a color that has the effect of getting a person "charged up" or excited. much like Blue is a color associated with soothing and calm, RED is a color associated with passion and frenzy. (which may be one of the factors on why a largely disproportionate number of vehicles pulled over by the police are red).
aside from the fact that RED is the color of passion and heat, there is also the fact that when girls *do* wear red, it's usually something eyecatching (think red high heels and a red dress and you kinda get where i'm going). so when a guys sees a gal all in red, the color mixed with what the gal is wearing makes us guys think "sexy".

to me red is sexy on a girl that knows how to wear it. not every girl or person in general looks good in red.

well i heard from this guy i dated that the color RED portrays Confidence and Ambition in girls.. i don't know.. but the guy said i love red on girls.. girls wearing red are usually most confident and bold.
