I have recently seen a slight increase of mass around my hips. I guess this is fat - i was wondering what kind of exercises i need to do to get rid of this - i have the lateral thigh trainer, sit ups machine and the isometric exercise stick. Are there anything else i could do?

The exercise you mention seems the right sort of cardiovascular workout - just try increasing the time and the intensity you have been working out at in order to burn more calories.

Kebabs just make it more difficult as you will need to spend a lot of time on exercise machines daily if eat them regularly!! I guess it could be done though!

Eat shish kebabs, there is nothing wrong with this it is a healthy food.
Meat and salad on a low fat bread. Perfect food.
Just don't go for the doner kebebs.

Do more cardio work, this will shift the fat.

You cant lose fat in a specific area.
The best way is to do cardio exercises such as running, biking, etc.

if you want to continue eating the stuff you want to eat, just run more.
