Ok, first off you can try any diet you want but none of them will work unless you follow the old fashon rule. Stop eating crap in between meals. That is the one rule that you have to follow. Before i go into a long tangent about weight loss and diet you first have to understand a few things. The most important thing about weight loss is your motivation. You have to be motivated if you want to loose weight. there are no "buts" about it. but unfortunatly motivation is one of the hardest parts about weight loss. One simple way to keep yourself motivated is to find a diet that fits your daily rutean. For example, say you get up at 6.00 A.M. to go to school. If your on some drawn out weight loss diet that has you making your own low fat meals, it's not going to work because it's rediculously to hard to make a low fat meal and get ready for school.
One important thing about dieting is that your body adapts to almost any kind of eating habit. so if you have a high fat eating diet your body will adapt to a sudden and unnessesary amount of fat, and store it. that's what flab it, stored fat that your body doesn't need. the kee to dieting is to restrict your fat intake to a low level so that your body has to use the stored fat. And about carbs. My opinion about carbs is that they are exreemly important. Did you know that your brain runs off carbs alone! Watch our carb intake and try not to go above 50 carbs a day. Cut back on fats and usless sugar, like candy and soda. If you excersice daily, like walking, jogging, sittups, pushups, and simple exersices to stimulate your motabolism, i promise you that you will see results. But be very paitent and keep at it. Stay away from eggs, they are full of colesterol, and other very fatty foods. Do your own resurch about fatty foods and stay away from them. Don't stop eating fats all together just cut back and exersice.
Good luck and be patient.

Not an extreme weight loss diet, because I would never want to endanger anyones health. But you should try to get thirty minutes of calistetics a day that are varied such as 3 sets of 10 counts for Pushups, curlups, sidecurls, etc. As well as work in a hour cardio such as running/jogging/walking/stair-climbing that you don't allow yourself to stop moving during. Drink plenty of water and work to get basic food intakes through either mypyramidtracker.com which will track both your food intake and physical exercise, but also by reading up on the diabetic method of food intake to decrease salt and fat intake.
Good Luck and please no extreme diets they can really hurt you.

no extreme diet is safe. you should always consult a doctor. cut 100 calories a day and at least 20 minutes a day of excercise that raises your heart rate. a healthy goal for calories is between 1600 and 2000 a day
