Not going to happen.
You'll SEE results from Winsor pilates in about a month. Honestly you won't lose that much weight but you will lose inches.
Taking off 15 pounds in 4 weeks is NOT healthy and it's not going to stay off.
Drink water, eat in moderation, and work out.

What it comes down to is consistency and dieting I have never done the Winsor or know anything about it but as long as you are pushing yourself, you could probably drop a decent amount of weight not necessarily 15lbs aim for 1-2 lbs a week. Also excercising might replace the fat with muscle so you might not actually lose all the weight but still the fat will slowly disappear. Don't necessarily look at pounds but the best way to monitor yourself is clothes and the mirror, water weight can vary and can make it look like you arent making progress so try to stay away from focusing on just the lbs.
GOOD LUCK

my God the winsor pilates will burn fat like crazy,,, you just need to be strong because they make you hurt...
Try the south beach diet...it works...the first week you lose like 12 lbs and then it get slow but it works. My sister lost 40 pounds in 3 months.
I think that the main ingredient is will power....that is what I lack but it is possible.
if you are interested i have a three day diet that works. You can lose up to 10 lbs in one week and you can do it for four weeks in a row.

Well that is pretty extreme. No? Be careful you don't make yourself really sick. Pilates hurt, but in a good way of you are into that.
I personally can drop around 10 pounds in 2 weeks by eliminating carbs and sugar.

Sorry but it wont work that easy. Try to use something to keep you energised and that will help you lose weight quickly and safely. Looking around I would suggest the best possible route for you is the ultimate program from www.myhealthabcmall.com, it will get you pretty close to what you want. there isnt anything else on the market that will even come close. If your not sure there is a link to ask the nutritionist for free on there to get some help.

Losing 15 pounds in a month is not a very good idea, unless you want new found stretch marks, and if you want to feel exhausted all the time.
Eat in moderation, and try to eat carbs in the morning if you're an early riser, and drink plenty of water.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
