I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

anything is possible in a month....but if you want to lose it the healthy way than you could/should lose on avg about 8-20 lbs avg.ing on about 2-5(max) lbs per weeks (which again is the HEALTHY way!) if you have no willpower i suggest doing weight watchers because it mainly focuses on the amount of food consumed rather than having so many limitations on what you eat.....Weight Watchers is all about portion control baby!!! good luck

According to the "Biggest Loser" you can lose 50 pounds in one month and be OK. But what they don't show on that T.V. show is the people being very hungry, throwing up, and in tears because the work-out is too harsh.

Stick to a strict diet like south beach and exercise at least 20min daily! South beach is healthy and easy to do. I did it.
Also, everyone is different and some loose weight quicker than others so it all depends on your body how much you will loose.
