it sounds like you're goin to die soon if you do that for longer than a week, maybe this person ate only a bowl of cereal in the morning, but they must have eaten something else through the day, and yes, drinking water is great for losing weight, but there is no way your body will make it with a bowl of cereal and water, you can cut meat and fat off your diet, but make sure you eat lots of fruit through the day, specially juicy fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, and fruits that help you burn calories like strawberries and apples, also dink two or 3 glasses of milk, calcium will help you lose wight cuz it traps the sugars you eat and give you some protein, wich will help you burn more calories, remember turbo diets are NOT healthy, it's better to live a long life than a skinny life... any questions contact me ok?

Like a really horrible idea. Your body needs protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and a lot of other things you get from variety of foods. If you want to lose weight you should chose a way that is healthy and actually takes thought and some trial and error so that you don't lose and gain, lose and gain. Not only that what about the fact that what your suggesting is a mostly liquid diet which means that there is little solid food going through your digestion tract. Its like a self imposed edema and that can kill you by destroying your small intestine if it isn't being monitored by a professional who knows how to do it without causing negative physical affects.
