First of all, you cannot make someone like you because feelings can not be controlled like a faucet. I was all prepared to assist you in getting this girl to know unlabelled person but I do not agree with your motives. Your interest in this girl appears to be superficial as she is Jessica Simpson's cousin. You are simply using this girl as a stepping stone to acquire status. It is unfortunate that you are picked on, but by pursuing this girl for the soul purpose of being cool you are no better than the bullies. Like a bully, you would be mistreating another person (i.e. being manipulative and playing on another person's emotions). You must first determine if you care for this girl or is she just a means to an end? People should not be treated as objects to be tossed once we are done. There is something called inherent dignity and pursuing this girl to become popular, you are ignoring that principle. If your intentions were true, as evidenced by the details they are not, I would be prepared to give some advice applicable to your situation.

Dont use her for your own personal gain! if you aren't happy being erm "uncool" and want to be "somebody" then let the people who don't look past you like you and notice you more because you don't need the-as you put it "popular"people-to like you just your friends and people tha are like you.
