Ok..so Spring Break just ended and my boyfriend was in BC for the entire break. I hadn't seen him in almost 2 weeks. I missed him so much! And I told him that..he said he missed me too. But he didn't seem that thrilled to see me. Any ideas of why he was like that?

I forgot to add some things. While he was away he text messaged me everyday..often until the early hours of the morning (3-5am).

Hmmm what can I say? I could try and comfort you with some white-lie telling you some guys are less demonstrative than others or that love is different for each one of us... but we both know this is just cheap psychology.

Basically either you love someone and miss her/him and feel happy when seeing her/him after being apart for a while, or else you are just 'found' of the person and actually tend to forget about her/him after only a few days away.

I would unfortunately say your guy is in the later league... and I'm really truly sorry about that cause I can feel you're in the former one.

However it would be worth also taking into consideration how he acted during the 2 weeks period, did he call you often (at least once a day), was he eager to tell you about his daily activities, did he think of bringing back a small something even just a postcard for you?...

Also and I'm sorry to point this out but... could he possibly have met someone while he was away and feel embarrassed/guilty now... this might make him act colder than usual because he might not be sure of how/if to tell you?...

Just my 2 cents... I really hope things will end up clearing for you.

Andie

UPDATE: After reading you comment on how he text-messaged you till late in the night, I would say there is hope for you. Nothing forced him into being as active in keeping in touch with you, a few text-messages would have been enough if he dind't care that much.

Keep faith I think there is a light at the end of the tunel for you, perhaps he is just embrassed at missing you so much and doesn't know how to deal with it?? Strong feelings can scare men off and make the act aloof.

Show him your love, tell him about your love and provide as much caring and warmth as you can and you will see if he feels smothered and pushes you away or else enjoys it and feels safe opening up to you at last. :)

Hate to tell you this but when I react to someone who is suppossed to be my girlfriend like that it is because I had some fun(if you know what I mean) while on break and I realized that I am not really into my girlfriend.
