This is driving me insane. I'm stuck in this cycle where just when i think im over this guy, i end up falling for him again. I just dont think itll ever happen. Sometimes we get on really well, but other times we dont seem to have much to say to each other. Sometimes i feel like maybe he likes me, we have these moments when we just connect. But maybe its all in my head. The other night i fell asleep after a party with my arm round him and it was so nice. And now im stuck in this stupid stage where i cant get him out of my head. Hes affectionate sometimes, but i guess its just a friend thing. I dont want to loose the friendship so cant cut him out my life. But at the same time i hate feeling like this, when i just feel trapped in this stupid feeling i cant get away from. Its so unfair. If i cant get over him i cant move on. I dont know what i can do anymore.

You can't fall out of love but you can stop having an interest for someone. If you keep can't cut him out of your life then you should be less involved with him. Say no if you don't want to hang out or go places. Be yourself and try to figure out whats best for you. Good Luck :)

Why do you want to get him out of your head? It sounds like you two like each other. You might be stuck in that feeling for a while, but what's so wrong with thinking about him, unless there is something about him that you just can't accept. I think everyone goes through those times when there isn't much to say, my advice if to follow through with him, getting over him seems useless if you don't have a reason not to. Things will pick up.

Short answer, you can't fall out of love with someone.
You can move on, in time, and when that time comes and you see that they are happy, you will know if you truly loved them or it was just a "thing". If they are happy, and although you are not with them and they are happy, then you are happy, then it is love, and it will never go away. If you see them with someone else and you are unhappy they aren't with you, even though they are happy, then it is obsession, and you can't stop that either.
Either way, you are hosed. Best you can do is accept what you can have from them, be it friendship or more.

Have you considered telling him how you feel? Perhaps he's going through the same types of feelings you are. I've been there, then fell out of touch and fell in love with someone else. THEN I hear from him later on only to find out that he'd been feeling the same way. Take the chance and let him know.

i think of there's a ingredient human beings that desires to be significant. this is why we see this area flooded with questions of "what's the meaning of life?" this is why God is one in each and every of those arguable subject remember, it is significant to us, to nicely known that we propose some thing. We seek for acceptance and after we don't gain that we are able to sense somewhat down. Love is a few thing that conquers this and greater. We sense a feeling of connection, we sense significant, significant. human beings dedicate their entire lives to attaining those sorts of emotions. yet right here it rather is, all interior the only kit. And coming right down to the fundamentals, all of us have sexual want, that's enriched after we do such act with somebody we adore. confident there could be a painful factor to it, yet from a philosophical stand element, merely you are able to enable somebody to harm you by making use of taking issues to heart. can we want it? i do no longer think of so. yet can we would like it? confident. Why does not you? The positives outweigh the negatives.

If it's true love there is no way to get over it. If your not ready to tell him find things to do that is not with him.
