No, size won't make a difference to cost. But you have to go with a size that looks right on your body frame and also you can't go up more than 1-2 cup sizes in a single operation.

You are looking at paying around £4,000-£5,000.

And I'd recommend you go for the silicone cohesive gel, where if the implant shell rupture, the silicone won't leak because it is like a gummy bear consistency. These also look and feel more natural and give a better shape than regular silicone or saline implants.
