Good for you, you have found out that during parts of a month that you may grave sweets. The reason why I say it is good because you are now aware that you might have a slight set back each month during this time and won't hold it against yourself to sabotage your diet.
Hang in there ! This happens to a lot of us but that does not mean you have to give into your pleasure. Have a list of things you can do instead of giving into your "craving".
When I give into my cravings around this time of the month, I will put on about 5-7 pounds. I have also gone some months where I did not give into the cravings and lost weight and felt "great" after !
Either way, be good to yourself after and no negative self talk against yourself. Each month, look forward to doing better ! Best of Luck.
P.S. Don't ever think that just one bite of chocolate is enough during this time !
P.S. These cravings are real, for example:
1. I new I was pregnant when I did not crave my chocolate covered donuts days before my period date.
2. My sister's mentally challenging daughter does not like sweets and don't eat chocolate. However, 1-2 days before her daughter's first period, she asked for chocolate ice cream.
Be good to yourself !

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Okay, compromise with yourself. Allow yourself to split a dark chocolate bar with someone and then run/jog/walk 15 minutes longer for two days than you normally would. Dark chocolate has anti-oxidants and other nutritional benefits as well as giving you a cocoa fix.
Good Luck and remember that diets are about moderation, not about total abstinence from things that are good to eat.

Sounds such as you wish anything candy, so why now not make part of a PB&J sandwich? Eat it slowly (take small bites, chunk slowly, and do different stuff in among bites so it honestly takes longer to devour the complete factor). Spicy meals raises your metabolism and reduces your have to upload salt, so I'd additionally advocate coaching your self to devour spicier meals. Try taking a few simple-tasting healthful meals and including jalapeno or pink peppers - provides little or no in phrases of energy however offers you a colossal spice up in metabolism.

what always helps me is buying those chocolate kisses and when you have a craving just limit yourself to one. Also don't deprive yourself from things you love. If you really want to lose weight, you will but don't miss out on the good stuff.

Try chewing sugarless gum, a minty- flavored one, Dentyne Ice is a good one, its very strong, when you get hungry, instead of food. Seriously, it helps supress my appetite when I am hungry but can't have food at the moment. Also increase the amount of time you run gradually, and try to at least jog or run, because just walking isn't going to be too helpful.
