yeah....you may see slight change but depending on your goal that's probably too much
a workout should be 30-40 minutes and be looked at as the effort put into it being the best determination of how much improvement you'll see

nope.. everyone likes some one who goes to the gym. but i would lower it to 3 days a week and go for 2.5 hours but that is just me...
