yes girls like shy guys. not all girls do but some do. sometimes it is nice though if a guy has some authority but that isn't a main factor many girls look at, they look at a variety of different traits, such as personality and other things. my boyfriend was pretty shy until I got to know him. It took him three months to get up the courage to ask me out. Him being shy wasn't a turnoff for me in fact I think it can show the sensative side to a guy which is a good thing. However don't think that being so incredibly shy that you won't talk to the girl is a good thing because in order for the girl to notice you or take an intrest in you you need to become friends with her. maybe try and loosen up but still be true to yourself. you are still young so it might be better in high school when you are more likely to be surrounded by with opportunities. being shy is not a turnoff for a lot of girls so be yourself and you will find the right girl who likes the fact you are shy, which is better anyway because you want someone who likes you for who you are.

The worst thing you can be is shy. Because shy implies that you are boring and afraid and have nothing to say.
The key is confidence. That's what girls are into. If you are naturally shy, try your best to be as outspoken and confident as you can. If you can't do that, then you should fake confidence. To start, keep your head up and look people in the eye when you talk. It takes practice but if you keep doing it, it gets easier.
If you don't know what to say to the girl, just ask her questions. Because if the conversation is about the girl, the girl will be interested in talking about it. After awhile, she should start asking you questions, and from there, you can tell her any stories or opinions you have.
Just don't be shy. I was a shy guy when I was 13 too and it just caused me a lot of pain. Pretending to be cool and confident is better because people want to meet those kinds of guys. It's alot better than being shy because not many people want to be around them and shy people often end up lonely.

You can not be too shy because then she will blow you off. I think that some girls like the challenge of bringing a shy guy out of his shell.

Most girls like shy guys
and some girls like loud..out there guys.

Depends on the girl. If she's loud and outgoing, then she probably won't like it a lot. My fiancé is definitely a shy guy and I love it - loud, overly social people aren't my type. So it really depends on the girl I think.

it all depends on what type of girls you are talking about.. some girls think its cute when your shy and some girls just don't like that type.. but it all depends on the girls and their style of guys they like.
