Fujifilm A500 is right around that mark $99. and it's a decent camera for the price. you can check Canon A530 and Nikon L3 if your willing to add $20-$30 to your bill.....

Try shopzilla.com. You can search for digital cameras, compare prices, seller ratings, and product ratings. I would suggest Nikon Coolpix cameras (I know someone who has one and likes it) Canon cameras or Kodak cameras.

the cheapest and easiest to operate and feed into your computer. learn on the cheapo. takes thousands of pictures to learn. that is, unless you just want to take passport pixs.
