Read the small print and see if you have a cooling off period in which you can cancel the agreement This is a serious amount of money and I suggest you consult a citizens advice bureau who will diect you to a solicitor if necessary.Good Luck

you have quite a few options mate ! depending on the exact circumstance's surrounding this. there is nothing to worry about, im presuming that this agreement has been signed ,and extra fees have suddenly appeared (never previously mentioned) in a rushed and confusing manner ,this is a favourite ploy of most legalised loan sharks!they sharks sod you a van probably really worth about £6000 in a private sale!!!! as soon as you make a payment they will pay the dealers the full sale price, minus what the dealers owe them (when they bought the repossessed van) from the sharks. they have effectively sold some thing to themselves ??? (at no loss)and you have been sadled with7 year contract to pay them back for the money they gave themselves! hmmmm !drop me a mail and we will wreak our revenge!!! or citizens advice will be only to happy to help. dont part with any cash though because every penny you give them is profit!!

There is a 'cooling off' period (14 or 21 days) after you initially sign the agreement (giving you the chance to change your mind) - cancel it during that time, otherwise you are legally bound by it.

Usually you have 30 days to change your mind.
Read the small print.
