I am getting my hair cut, and I'm not sure what to do. I have hair that is about 4 or 5 inches longer than my shoulders. I have split ends for about and inch and a half, so they are getting cut off for sure. I have a roundish face that is a little ovalish. I have many freckles. Any suggestions?

try a razor cut with wispy side bangs. If you do go for it ask them to give you chunky layers with t he razor.

WOW!! lol you sound just like me except I've got a little less split ends! Well, from what it sounds like you've got beautiful hair, and I suggest a bob angled so that it's shorter in the front. It will help to keep your features even, and compliment your round face.

side bangs starting from your cheak bones and layers and definatly get thoses dead ends cut off. it shows the beauty in someones face.
