walking is easy and cheap

biking is fun and a great way to lose weight and give you great calves

yoga and pilates are relaxing, yet strengthen your body's core (like your abs, etc) - you can either join a class, buy a video or purchase the yoga cards

exercise classes like step class, kick boxing, dance - are a lot fun and really burn calories

it really depends on your goals, but I hope these ideas are helpful

kickboxing cuz its fun and pilates really gets your body in shape. Try some DVD's for them.
