signature dishes for breakfast....beautiful quilts...handmade would be awesome...Unusually high and comfortable beds...fresh flowers...clean natural smell...pretty garden

More than anything, comfortable beds, clean rooms even if the furniture is shabby an dmismatched, home cooked breakfast with a specialty of the house would be great...like French Toast or Stuffed Pancakes your particular way to be memorable and special. Nice yard with plants. No TV, radio, and even shared bathrooms okay, but above are must haves for me

Well What I look for in a B&B is Warmth in the kind of way like a family. And I think great service is awsome. But I think it gives me a chance to make more friends so I'd like it to be warm and close knit.

Cleanliness, fresh linens, good food, quiet atmosphere, no smoking and friendly hosts who offer good service to their guests.
