For what? I had a brain stem stroke 20 years ago and am wondering if HBOT would give me more movement .

Having worked in a hyperbaric oxygen center that treated stroke and TBI patients, I can tell you it has minimal effects. I ended up quitting because I saw what I took to be quackery.
HBOT can be helpful for Lyme Disease, the bends, and wound healing, but that's about it. If you think you have some rehab potential, get physical therapy.
