No. Photosynthesis occures in sun light.

There are some flowers that open at night, but I don't know if they photosynthesize. I don't think the light reflected from the moon is enough to let photosynthesis happen.

Not the whole reaction. But the carbon fixation part can, because energy from sunlight is stored in ATP and NADPH.

Must have light ,CO2 and water.
