cause me to detox and have a break out, jus in the inital stages? or will it show a difference quickly?

yes water cleans the body of fats and oils that you body does not need. By drinking water break out will take a break. lol

I am not sure how you are using the word "detox."
While it is true that drinking "a lot of" water will cause someone to have a low negative result on a urine test for drugs and also true that in general we do not drink all of the water that we need; there is a caveat to the idea of drinking "lots of water."
There is a rare but real danger of a condition called "water intoxication." That is a direct result of someone flooding themselves with water internally.
Also, folks with kidney impairments or diabetes in particular need to follow their doctors' guidelines in terms of how much water to drink and when.
