I have type A personality disorder. What treatment should I seek?

Type A personality disorder causes heart problems, is detrimental to relationships, and makes for a stressful life. I have trouble controling my passions, rage, my impulses. I suceed in school but that's the only benefit. What can I do to treat it or at least cope with it. It's not possibly to just "chill out" for people like us.
