ok ive been in the same class with this guy for the past 5 months. this semester we started talking cuz last smester we didnt know each other but i had a feeling we were eying each other in class. now that i started to tlak to him im happier but i grew to like him. thing is he is graduating in a months time, what do you think will happen? (he is not going away he will be in the city) from ur experiences what happened to a crush/bf/gf/friend after they graduate but u dont? still friends? could we still become more even when he graudates? i want to know him better but we are both shy and i dont want to run after him in the summer etc, i want us to grow our friendship and hopefully more. however becuz i dont know him much yet im still shy how do i go about this?? thx!!!!!!!!!!

Take a chance and drop him your number... I mean no offense but its not highschool anymore. There isn't any big social circle thats going to make fun of you for trying or him for dating you. Its time to accept that your no longer a kiddo trying to protect your frigel ego from the big hard world. So just drop him the number! Of course its never that easy even if your 50. Your best bet is to get a little bit more clever about how you relate to him. Bring up the fact that your interested in him for a relationship. Point Blanck. You don't have to say it like that, its going to come down to your individual style. Just keep in mind you don't have to say it the next time you meet him just slowly work into it.
