A house doesn't make you a rich person.
Houses, yachts, and private plane, then lets talk rich.

Anyone who has to count their stuff to feel rich is POOR.
I gained my health back after breaking the bones on one side of my body and damaging the nerves on the other (brain Injury). I finished therapy and kept working out at the gym, until I became a personal trainer. I got my hemoglobin level under control after I became diabetic (or discovered that I had diabetes). I have my health. I am rich.

Sure! Nouveau Riche! Assuming you don't know what that means by the level of intelligence of your question.....
nou·veau riche (nÅÅ'vÅ rÄsh') Pronunciation Key
n. pl. nou·veaux riches (nÅÅ'vÅ rÄsh')
One who has recently become rich, especially one who flaunts newly acquired wealth.
BTW, Read the book "Class." The main point is that people that are Nouveau Riche are generally people who flaunt their money (that isn't usually REALLY theirs to begin with...) but give them a couple of years, they will be broke. People who tend to buy huge houses, expensive cars, etc., unless they are truly rich (i.e. Donald Trump) are just tacky, not rich.

And your point?
I'd rather have my health, family and friends. No money in the world can buy those!
I love my 3 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor apartment at $850 per month with utilities. Me and mine are arms reach away from each other.
Who thinks I'm rich!!!!!!!!!

Literally sounds like you live in a resort. Who needs that much space. You're wasting your money if you are rich.

Need more specifics... the bank could own all that and you're just on the note or married it.
