I have type A personality disorder. What treatment should I seek?
Type A personality disorder causes heart problems, is detrimental to relationships, and makes for a stressful life. What can I do to treat it or at least cope with it. It's not possibly to just "chill out" for people like us.

The primary driving factor behind A personalities seem to be fear. What are you afraid of? Being alone, poverty, failure? I recommend meditation, yes, but for a severe case Id say group therapy. You need to realize that you are not alone. In some cases meditation can make you worse, because your focusing heavily on bad thoughts SO, group therapy in tandem with meditation.

PS: If meditation can work for schitzophrenia, it can work for type a's! It just needs to be focused properly.

Never heard of it causing heart problems, but I can understand allowing yourself to act out can cause stress on your body. You should get counseling. You just behave badly and act out on your insecurities. Take responsibility for the way you behave and don't blame it on having a personality type.
