My hair never use to do this but lately it looke very oily even after I just shampooed it. I tryed switching shampoos but it is the same with all of them. Could it have something to do with my straightner making my hair look and feel brittle and oily? Can anyone suggest any good straightners or styling products? PLZ HELP!!

dont use anything for frizz. If you are uaing any kind of frizz controll or strightening gel then thats most likley your problem.

get a chi I know they cost alot but they work wonders, you can curl, flip, and strighten your hair with one. They are fast too. I have very thick hair and to get it stright it used to take 2 hours at home or the salon, with a chi it takes 15 mins to strighten it.

sometimes it helps to just go get a trim, and in the salon when they wash your hair, get what ever they wash your hair with, bc when they see your hair they will know what to do. That is what i always did. A good shampoo that is commonly used in a salon is matrix or biolage, i love both.
