According to the Crest White Strips website:
With just five minutes daily use, you can gradually whiten your teeth for a brighter, more beautiful smile. The enamel-safe whitening ingredients removes surface stains, whitens by deep cleaning and protects from the build-up of everyday stains. You can use Crest Whitestrips Daily Multicare when it is convenient for you, even in the shower or before bed. Once you have achieved the level of whiteness you want, use regularly to help maintain your whiter smile.
Now Crest has introduced Crest Whitestrips Renewal, which can remove up to 20 years of stains from your smile. These flexible, virtually invisible strips only need to be worn for 30 minutes twice a day. Renewal, like other Whitestrips products, is made with the same enamel-safe ingredient dentists use to whiten and reduce the signs of aging on teeth. After just one 10-day whitening kit, you could recapture your vibrant, younger-looking smile.

1. Crest whitestrips will only cause sensitive teeth they're overused. You can stop this sensitivity by brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste (a good one)
2. Yes, they make teeth very white. However, this depends on which model of Crest whitestrips you decide to use. I used to use Crest whitestrips premium plus, which is the 2nd strongest model available (it has 10% whitening gel). You'll have much whiter teeth with that model.
But I've been using 14% whitening gel recently because the 10% has its limits. Crest whitestrips Supreme has this, but that model can only be bought from the dentist. Thats why I recommend maxodent if you want to get super nice white teeth. The website link is http://www.maxodentstrips.com
3. You should wear them *at least* 20 mins per day. I used to wear white strips just 5 mins a day, and didn't understand why they didn't work. You have to get through the 20 mins to get white teeth.
4. You can brush your teeth, then mouthwash. I just rinse.
5. Its not recommended to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after taking the strips off, to avoid more teeth stains.
Hope this helps

I had them a long while back and I didn't like them at all. Yes, they do whiten your teeth, but there is a chance that it can cause your teeth to be more sensitive than usual. I think you wear them for half an hour for one week.
Only thing is, it doesn't do a good job of staying put, you can't really talk with them on, and all the saliva gathers in your mouth which is pretty gross. Try the Colgate one, it's like putting white out on your teeth. You just put a coat of it on before you go to bed and brush it off in the morning. It works pretty well. It's cheaper than the strips too.

I just used these a couple of weeks ago so here is my experience.
1. It caused my teeth to become sensitive about 5 days through the process. I had to take a couple of days off because every time I breathed in, it made my teeth ache.
2. I have gotten several compliments on my teeth since I have used this product. IT WORKS! I notice, my wife noticed, and several co-workers noticed without prompting.
3. The box says to wear them twice a day, for about a half hour each.
4. All you do is take them off and wipe it off your teeth. Nothing special. I always used a paper towel and then rinsed out my mouth. (It's really easy, I put them in for my drive to work and took them out in the restroom when I got there)
5. You can eat immediately after you take them out. The only thing the box says to do is to not put them on immediately after brushing your teeth. You can do anything afterwards.

OK, they you will see your teeth looking whiter really soon. A few days to a week and no sensitive that I know of.
You rinse your mouth out after removing strips.
You wear them 30 minutes at a time. While you get ready for work or school will do it.
And yes you can still eat and drink but you don’t normally do that right after you brush your teeth because things may not taste right but that passes.

ok.
#1: it mostly depends on your tooth density. but they do tend to make your teeth feel a bit sensitive to moisture....at least that's what i've noticed when i use the strips....
#2: yes! it seriously works!
#3: for an hour or so....depends on how sensitive your teeth are...
#4: nothing. don't rinse cause then you'll wash off the gel that's left on your teeth. i tried rinsing once, and my teeth did not get as white as when i left the gel on....seriously, don't take it off....
#5: yeah, you can eat and drink..but try to stay away from those dark colored foods/drinks....since the pores on your teeth remain open for a while, its easier to stain them if you eat/drink dark colored foods/drinks right after removing the whitening strip.
hope this helps....
