I ask this because a women's breast is made up of the pectoral muscle, tissue, and fat. So i'm wondering if i lose my belly fat from cardio workouts and crunches etc. will i lose my fat from my breasts too?

i'm pretty small myself. I've been doing cardio since Sept 06...lost almost 30 lbs so far. I have NOT gotten small in the chest....THANK GOD!

Yes u will. When you do cardio u lose fat from all your body. It depends on your body type, what areas will be more affected. There is no way of choosing where you want fat off (except for lipo of course). Anyways if you're flat chested you don't have fat to lose there, so don't worry ;-)

Yes. I know how you feel. I'm 15, weigh 115 pounds and all my weight goes to my stomach, back, love handles, etc. And my legs are tinier:/ Just try to work out your abs and eat healthy. And Joining the track team surely won't hurt. It may actually build muscles on the lower parts of your body and even it out, ya know? It's really normal. Your body has alot of growing to do. Don't worry one bit. You'll be fine. The main thing is to eat healthy(:

Cardio will burn fat from everywhere, so yep I guess you will lose some from there.

lol no cuz i am not flat chested and i lose weight all the time it does not make u lose fat from your breasts!
