what is the best way to get rid of a eyebrow/eyelid rash?

i have this large rash on my eyebrow and eyelid area that is peeling and swollen. it is not sunburned, it must have been a weird reaction. i've tried cortisone cream and vitamin e and aloe, but it keeps spreading. the affected area looks really weird and splotchy, and it's also preventing me from wearing makeup, which does not make me very happy. is there anything you can reccomend trying to make the rash go away?

it might be a fungus. i had something similar to that once, and needed medicated cream to cure it. they said i was lucky it didn't make it to my eye yet, but since it started there for you, i'd go to a doctor.
