I'd like to hide all but the first 3 columns on a spreadsheet. Also, I want to be able to print just those desginated areas without having to highlight a selection. How do I do this? Thanks for any help!

Well, you can simply hide all of the columns...select all of those that you want to eliminate, then with a right-mouse click, pull up the context-sensitive menu, and say "hide".

You could also highlight the fourth column (column D), and then hit >Window, >Freeze Panes...this will leave the three columns on the left in view no matter where you or other users navigate to within the spreadsheet.

To print a particular selection, you'll need to highlight it just once, then go to >File, >Print Area, >Set Print Area. From there, what you have highlighted is what will print, until you or someone else sets a new print area.
