Even if he is old fashioned, he wouldn't wait this long. Are you sure that you're in a relationship instead of just being friends? If the two of you have mutually agreed that your boyfriend-girlfriend, then talk to him about it. Just come out and say, "Why haven't you kissed me yet?" After 7 months, you have a right to know.

maybe hes waiting for you to make the first move..or maybe he is old-fashioned. its hard to belive but some still exist.
