Ok, so this is not a stab at fat girls~AT ALL!!! I need a dress for a wedding I am in~ April 7th. I just had a baby, I need a larger size. I ordered a dress on Feb. 22 and was told that it was going to be in March 15. Well it is not in. I called the place I ordered it from... thedresshut.com, and he said the manufacturer is focusing on smaller sizes for prom. So I asked him, "Fat girls don't go to the prom?" He said bluntly, "yes." So, needless to say, I canceled my order and now I am frantically searching for the dress so that I will match the others in the wedding. So my question is, how many of you would order from a company like this... thedresshut.com?

People never cease to amaze me at how utterly stupid they can be and what's worse show their stupidity to other folks!
If you can't say something nice then keep your trap shut! I don't know how many have noticed but there are alot of beautiful women and young girls out there that are larger than a size 14!! Besides, you should be concerned with what is on the inside of a person cause that's whats gonna last, not the looks!
Now, with that off my "fat" chest...
Try going to this website, it has some gorgeous dresses for larger women, whether you're that way all the time or have just had a baby.

I'm sure you can find something on here that you will like and they don't take forever in getting it to you! You can pay a little more and have it express mailed if you choose. I just bought my wedding dress from this site and it's beautiful!

Bigger girls (not fat) have every right to have beautiful clothes as well as small ones.
Hope you didn't put a deposit on the dress and good luck finding another one my dear.Hope it works out for you.
Can you go to a store that specializes in larger sizes?
Pass the word around about the dress hut to everyone you know.Word of mouth is the best advertisement to stay away from that one.

Try JC Pennys they have alot of dresses for prom and so does the store Deb...both cater to larger ladies

big girls are beautiful and its the shops loss keep looking there are always shops who cater for the beautifil large lady and you will look great
