What are your views on it?
Equal balance as in; If there is a heaven, there must be a hell, and vice versa.
Or, in order for there to be good, there needs to be evil. Because if there is no evil, who is to say what good is?

So, the real question is...what are your views on Equal Balance? Are you for it, or no? Do you believe it or no?
All answers are apprecatied.

Thanks, I didn't realize this is what it was called. I do believe in it. If there are demons, there must be angels (demons who fell, once were angels). Darkness and Light. Believers and Nonbelievers. Satan and God. Body and Spirit. Rapture and Tribulation. Faith and Doubt. Trusting and Nontrusting. Physical food and Spiritual food. The Holy Trinity (God, Jesus and Holy Spirit) and The Unholy Trinity (Dragon, antichrist and false prophet). Jesus as the perfect lamb and Jesus as the King of Kings. You could go on and on just in this area.

Nice question!

Does the "good" need the concept of evil? Perhaps not. Suppose to apply the term good to something you were committed to the view that such a "something" had to be a possible object of your desires? Now we have a positive definition of "good" without reference to "evil."

It is nonsense. The symmetry may be cute, but nature isn't into cute -- it is just into nature.
