I make a homemade grilled chicken salad alot. You can grill the chicken ahead. Buy bagged rommaine or spinach, some red peppers, etc. top with shredded cheese and ranch dressing. This is a lo carb, healthy, and delicious meal.

There are so many different combinations to "salad" that you could eat a different salad every day and not eat the same thing twice for a while. Look at the menu at Wendy's for an example or two (ot four) and then go from there...Salad is not expensive and very low cal...just remember...DON"T POUR ON THE HIGH CAL DRESSING. I dip my fork into the dressing and then get my bite...saves all that gunk in the bowl at the end of the salad!

Peanut butter sandwich made on whole grain bread. Peanut butter is protein and will keep you filled up until dinner.
