as I was pulling out of the drive way, but I didn't see her car parked behind me. Who should have to pay for the damages?

First of all thats a sick way to title a question. Secondly you hit a parked car, you pay. Also watch for children and small animals buddy.

Definitely you. You failed to look at your surroundings to ensure it was safe to move your vehicle.
Or at least that is what my brothers insurance adjusted told him when they had to pay for my car being repaired.
