You should figure out what topic & tone you want. Do you want a funny quote? Inspiring? Motivational? Will your quote be about life? Relationships? Religion? Success? Once you've decided on that, go to a quote website like http://www.quoteland.com/ . These list quotes by topic and you can read through the quotes in the category you've chosen to find the quote you want.
Keep in mind that shorter quotes are better for the yearbook staff - if it's too long, they may have to shrink the font size & make it harder to read.
"There is a misleading, unwritten rule that states if a quote giving advice comes from someone famous, very old, or Greek, then it must be good advice." - Bo Bennett (my senior quote)

A senior yearbook quote is not something you can find it is what is in your heart. And usally senior superlatives have a quote about how the senior has changed, grown, that sort of thing.
