I am a male with a wide back and kind of short arms and unfortunately cannot reach the middle of my back to apply moisturizing lotion.....any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I am male and falling apart. Have a similar problem. Go to a good old drug store or a shop that deals in medical supplies..They have a lolly pop looking thingy, a stick with a synthetic sponge on it. It will probably have a sponge that is approx. 5" in diameter. Take a pair of scissors/knife and cut it down a bit, to save on lotion. If this doesn't solve the problem you will have to spread the lotion on your bed and wiggle around a lot. Look in the handicap dept. near the wheel chair area..Good luck.....The lolly pop runs about $4-$6

Squirt it over your head, bend over then find a wall and rub up and down.
