not in my experience. I think about him. We are still friends, but I don't think I would ever want to be with him again.

I hope not. It does change though. I'm ten years from breaking up with my first love. We were together all through high school before we broke up. Now I think of him fondly. Even though back then I was horrified and running away. It all passes the test of time. Build on what you gained from that relationship, how it affects who you are. Be aware of what you would have different (from yourself or the other person) it will ultimately enrich the "next love."

No you never forget your first love. Even 24 years later, happily married with two grown children, I still picture his face and remember that first kiss we shared, as well as our first night together on the beach and even his sounds as he climaxed.... it's still all there in my memories. It teaches you so much and prepares you for your life ahead. Such an important part of your life never, ever goes away....

no, but you do get over them. its been almost 20 years and i still remember everything. feelings and everything. then she crushed me. im married now been married for almost 10 years and have a son. i love my wife and i still wish i could see her again so i could show her what she gave up. i hope shes fat and her kids are ugly.

not for me it would not i can always contact him but do not i am happily married and if we saw each other i would ruin my marriage
