he may be flirting sounds like it anyways .the next time that he comes up and nudges you say something like "okay now if you keep on flirting w/me i'm going to have to make you mine,i mean that's only if you wanna be.and then see how he reacts then you'll know.

i'm in middle school too. i think you have some mix signals. does he hang around with you and your friends? or does he just approach to you? maybe he's shy, and if you really like him, take the first step. guys are different and discrete.
